Screening ensures that we are both comfortable with each other.  All information provided is considered confidential and will be discarded promptly after our first date. 

 Please include your name, email address and / or phone number.. 

I require ONE of the following:

• A reference from another independent provider whom you have seen in the past six months.

  
  

• A scanned ID.

  
  

• A fully filled out Linked-in profile with a picture.

  
  

• A deposit through e-transfer 

Please keep in mind that I do not accept any booking without proper screening, and that a small deposit may be required for new suitors to set up a date.
